How can you build the muscle to reflect?

I had started 2024 reflecting on my avoidance of social media and to overcome it I took a small step of making my first video in March 2024.
10 months and 40 videos later I thank you for engaging with the content.
So, how to build the muscle to reflect?
A broad outline can be:

  1. Decide on a time every day when you will put a ‘do not disturb’ sign inside you
  2. A few deep breaths
  3. Ask yourself – What is occupying a lot of my mind space? What do I desire / want?
  4. Write or record a free flow of thoughts and emotions
  5. A few deep breaths
  6. Ask a follow up question – How can I prioritise to live consciously (not just habitually)
